Please read these Terms of Use carefully before placing an order or using this website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Using This Website You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website by introducing viruses or any material that is malicious or harmful. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages.
3. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly. All bait products are sold for fishing and angling purposes only and must be used in accordance with local fishing regulations and Environment Agency bylaws.
4. Ordering — General By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order by email. You must be 18 years or over to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Specials Category — Pre-Order Terms Products listed under our "Specials" category are subject to a special order process: Orders must be placed before 5pm on Thursday to be fulfilled the following Thursday. Orders received after Thursday 5pm will be allocated to the week after next. Please allow up to 7 days for preparation from the order cut-off point. Specials orders cannot be cancelled once the Thursday 5pm cut-off has passed and preparation has commenced.
6. Pick & Mix Orders Our Pick & Mix range requires a minimum of 2 bags per order. Orders containing fewer than the minimum number of bags will not be accepted at checkout. Quantities are limited to available stock levels, which reset weekly.
7. Pricing and Payment All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment by the methods shown at checkout.
8. Collection and Delivery We offer both local collection and delivery. Available fulfilment options and estimated times will be shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection. Title passes once we receive full payment.
9. Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of bait and particle products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if there is a problem. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Overcast Products and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the products purchased, except where such loss arises from our negligence, fraud, or breach of a statutory duty that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
